Returns/Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unused products. If the product has been opened or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
Damaged Goods
If the product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, please email us at duio2296@163.com or contact our online customer service within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product. We are happy to replace damaged or broken items.
